📦 Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it.
An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is officially on its way to you.
⏱️ Note: During busy times or holidays, processing may take longer.
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been dispatched and vary based on your location:

📝 Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy
It’s important that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in order delays or cancellation.
If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm the correct information.
If we don’t hear back within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, delays can sometimes happen due to:

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our hands and is with the courier, it is out of our direct control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please email us at mrnecommercellc@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Here’s what you can do:

Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Provide any required info (tracking number, delivery address, etc.).

We’ll also follow up with the courier on your behalf to support the investigation.
While MORUNI is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, filing a police report may also be helpful.
